At MB Physio, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating appointment rescheduling or cancellations. However, to ensure optimal service delivery and uphold the efficiency of our operations, we have implemented a non-attendance policy.

Non-Attendance Fee: A fee of $60 will be charged for non-attendance if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice.

Cancellation Procedure: Patients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of our services. This can be done via email, text, phone call, or by using the link in your booking confirmation. You may leave a voice mail or email after business hours.

Non-Attendance Fee Exception: Exceptions to the non-attendance fee may be considered in cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. Patients are encouraged to contact our clinic as soon as possible to discuss such situations.
